HR and Admin Intern

Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team,

  • Assisting with the recruitment & selection process
  • Preparing HR documents
  • Maintain records and databases of employee information
  • Organize employee welfare activities and events
  • Organize and facilitate workflow to ensure a productive workplace
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors
  • Manage inventory of office supplies; purchase supplies and equipment when necessary

Minimum Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources.
  • Strong interest in HR Functions and People Management.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, in particular)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
