Responsibilities
- Achieve a defined monthly sales target through new business acquisition and existing business development
- Manage inquiries regarding Konekt’s service portfolio
- Develop sales pitches and proposals with the guidance of the senior team
- Generate sales reports
- Present and sell our software products and custom development services
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet them
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align on business objectives
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in a sales or business development position with responsibility for sales targets. (Tech industry preferred).
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Business Management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for technology and helping clients solve complex problems
- Results-driven with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- A positive, proactive attitude with a desire to grow and succeed
