Senior Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

  • Achieve a defined monthly sales target through new business acquisition and existing business development
  • Manage inquiries regarding Konekt’s service portfolio
  • Develop sales pitches and proposals with the guidance of the senior team
  • Generate sales reports
  • Present and sell our software products and custom development services
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet them
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align on business objectives

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in a sales or business development position with responsibility for sales targets. (Tech industry preferred).
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Business Management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for technology and helping clients solve complex problems
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a desire to grow and succeed
