UI/UX Engineer Intern

Responsibilities

  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to propose thoughtful and effective design solutions.
  • Translate UI/UX design wireframes and mockups into functional, visually appealing, and interactive web pages and applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Front-end development for WordPress & Shopify.
  • Participate in user research to gain insights into customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with the Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Engineering, and Design teams to refine and enhance user experiences across various client projects.
  • Assist in usability testing, analyze feedback, and apply insights to improve design outcomes.
  • Work closely with senior designers to learn best practices and develop your UI/UX design skills in a real-world environment.
  • Keep current with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in front-end development.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher-level qualification or equivalent in IT, Multimedia or Design
  • Proven skills and portfolio in user interaction design, web design, and mobile design
  • Skills in illustration and graphic design to create unique elements in designs
  • Learning attitude to evolve designs and output continuously
  • Excellent command of Figma & Adobe Creative Cloud Software Package
  • Exposure to responsive web designs and responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind
  • Experiencing in Front-end & Back-end development
  • HTML, PHP. CSS & Java Script
  • Liquid Language is added advantage
