Responsibilities
- Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities to support business growth
- Assist in expanding the client base through proactive sales activities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs and introduce suitable products or services
- Prepare and assist in delivering sales presentations and proposals
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities using CRM or tracking tools
- Participate in networking events and exhibitions to promote the company and its services
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 01-02 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development (IT industry experience would be added advantage)
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Business Management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales concepts (training will be provided)
- Results-driven with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- A positive, proactive attitude with a desire to grow and succeed
