HR & Admin Executive

Responsibilities

  • Fostering a positive work environment by supporting the implementation of strategic HR initiatives that cultivate a performance-oriented culture.
  • Accountable for handling the recruitment and onboarding procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining the Human Resource Information System.
  • Keep HR databases accurate and up to date.
  • Monitoring and ensuring timely payment of EPF,ETF, and other employee-related statutory payment
  • Enhance employee relations and well-being.
  • Help manage performance appraisal cycles.
  • Assist with training and development programs.
  • Compile ad hoc reports for management.
  • Ensuring smooth workflow through effective management of operational activities.
  • Organize company events and engagement activities.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies; purchase supplies and equipment when necessary

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management
  • A minimum of 1+ years of work experience in the same industry or with a reputable organization.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Fully conversant with labour laws & best industry practices
  • Strong leadership capabilities
