Junior Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities to support business growth
  • Assist in expanding the client base through proactive sales activities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Understand customer needs and introduce suitable products or services
  • Prepare and assist in delivering sales presentations and proposals
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities using CRM or tracking tools
  • Participate in networking events and exhibitions to promote the company and its services

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 01-02 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development (IT industry experience would be added advantage)
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Business Management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales concepts (training will be provided)
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a desire to grow and succeed
