Web Hosting Services in Sri Lanka Built for Enterprise Security and Scale

Most hosting providers sell you a space on a server and leave the rest to you. Konekt is different. We do not sell cPanel accounts, reseller hosting, or shared server slots. We provide a fully managed hosting service — we design, deploy, monitor, and maintain your hosting environment from end to end.

Our team handles everything that happens below your application: server provisioning on AWS, OS configuration, firewall rules, SSL certificates, security patching, uptime monitoring, and scheduled maintenance. You get a reliable, secure hosting environment without needing an in-house infrastructure team to run it.

All Konekt managed hosting environments are built on Amazon Web Services (AWS) — the same infrastructure used by the world's largest enterprises. AWS gives your hosting environment genuine scalability, high availability, and geographic redundancy that commodity shared hosting cannot match.

We provision and manage your environment on the right AWS services for your workload — whether that is EC2 for dedicated compute, Elastic Beanstalk for application hosting, RDS for managed databases, or CloudFront for content delivery. The underlying infrastructure scales with your traffic without manual intervention. For enterprise clients with compliance requirements, we can deploy within specific AWS regions to meet data residency requirements.

Security is not an add-on in our managed hosting service — it is built into every environment we manage. Every Konekt-hosted site includes WAF (Web Application Firewall) protection at the network edge to block common attack vectors including SQL injection, cross-site scripting, and brute-force login attempts before they reach your application.

We apply regular OS and security patches on a scheduled cadence to keep the underlying server stack current and free of known vulnerabilities. We also run automated website scans that check for malware injection, file integrity changes, and suspicious activity — catching threats early before they affect your users or SEO rankings. For businesses subject to compliance frameworks, we document our security controls and patching schedules to support your audit requirements.

Enterprise businesses have requirements that shared hosting simply cannot meet. Konekt's managed hosting service is designed specifically for organisations where security, scalability, and compliance are non-negotiable.

We work with businesses in regulated industries — financial services, healthcare, logistics, and retail — where hosting environments must meet internal security policies, external audit requirements, or industry compliance standards. We provide documentation of our security controls, uptime SLAs, and incident response procedures as part of the service. When your auditors or IT security team need evidence of how your hosting environment is managed, we can provide it.

Managed hosting means we do not wait for you to report a problem. Konekt monitors your hosting environment continuously for uptime, performance, and security events. If a server metric goes out of range, a scan detects a threat, or a certificate is approaching expiry, we act before it becomes an incident.

Scheduled maintenance — OS updates, security patches, backup verification — is handled by our team during low-traffic windows with advance notice. You receive regular hosting health reports covering uptime, security scan results, and any actions taken. For businesses that have previously relied on a developer or web agency to "look after the server," Konekt provides the structured, documented service that enterprise operations require.
