2016 saw Konekt grow at a tremendous rate and the year end party which was the brainchild of one of the directors was made a reality by the staff at Konekt. On the 16th day of December, the crowd gathered at the company’s office roof top which was beautifully decorated with lights and it was all set to get the BBQ party rolling.
Close friends of the company directors and staff members were invited to this party which comprised of games, music and many cordial chats and conversations among the personnel within the company and the friends of Konekt. ‘We are satisfied at the rate in which we are progressing and are marching in the right direction with many more initiatives and plans to implement and execute in 2017. The future looks quite promising!’ Says Anuja Herath who is currently the Director for Technology & Innovation and is also one of the founding members of Konekt.
In a very small space of time, Konekt has certainly made its name in the market and some of the key accomplishments for this year was the infrastructure at office which is in place, not forgetting the partnerships with some of the leading brands in the country which has put Konekt in a very good position.
A special note of thanks goes out to all those who attended the year end Christmas party that was organized in double-quick time. It was indeed a wonderful evening with quality time spent with quality people. Events at Konekt is not a thing at all, the management encourages its staff members to participate at events and to take the initiative when it comes to organizing and planning events.
The sports and recreation committee headed by Nayoma Eranjith did a fantastic job in ensuring that the standards set and expectations of the top management are met especially when it came to company events and social gatherings such as this one.
