Anuja Herath

Anuja Herath is the Founder and CEO of Konekt Holdings, a technology business leader with a strong foundation in software engineering, product performance, and enterprise digital transformation. A First Class IT graduate from SLIIT, Anuja began his career at leading technology companies including 99x and WSO2, gaining hands-on experience in performance engineering, middleware, cloud technologies, and scalable software systems.

Since founding Konekt in 2016, Anuja has led the company in delivering innovative digital solutions across retail, finance, education, and microfinance sectors. His work spans e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, learning management systems, CRM solutions, AI-driven tools, and industry-focused SaaS products that help organizations improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Anuja’s leadership journey began during his university years, where he served as President of the Faculty of Computing Student Community, a student leadership body representing computing students. He also played several leadership roles in Rotaract, including serving as Charter President and contributing at national level, shaping his commitment to service, collaboration, and purpose-driven leadership.
