SY Investments is a diversified company that is involved in the finance, petroleum and tourism sector. SY Investments was quite new to the Fuel Station Business and required business automation in their processes as they had a primitive approach to their operations. ROI is a crucial factor in measuring the success of the business and the organization required an easy way to measure this KPI as well.
Requirement
The Fuel Stations operated by SY Investments had no proper records of their fuel pumps and tank readings. This lead to the lack of visibility of information relating to their entire fueling environment. Without immediate access to accurate and reliable site data, they were not able to make informed business decisions and protect the organization from loss of inventory and substantial non-compliance fines. This created a need to have a finger on the pulse of ALL sites at ALL times.
Solution
The Katalogue – Fuel Management Solution brought together fuel inventory, delivery, reconciliation, price and Tank Gauging alarms within one management suite. This provides them with the tools to effectively manage leak detection, maintenance and fuel replenishment for both above and below-ground tanks. Powered by Cloud, the solution is scalable and they are able to view all their stations statistics under one unified solution. By manually feeding the data into the system, the rest they leave it for Katalogue to attain various reports such as inventory, delivery, expense and income, etc.
